From 2020.11.12 to 2020.11.16, our team communicated with the three factories that our company has worked for a long time about the details that need to be confirmed and the process requirements of the products as well as the possible difficulties.

After communicating about the details with the factories and customers, our team holded a meeting to discuss and finally confirmed that we have to solve the following problems:

First: Difficulties in making phone case:

1. In terms of the overall deformation of the mobile phone case: the thickness of the phone case is 2mm TPU material, the mathod of spraring rubber oil is haning spray, so the case is easy to defrom when the tempareture of the high tempareture furnace is 65-70 degrees.

Solution:After passing the high temperature in 65-70 degrees, put the case on the plate and then go through the furnace again to shaping.

2.In terms of Thermal Transfer Printing: If thermal transfer printing for 6-8 spot colors, the actual color is easy to lead to white leakage.

Solution: Design manuscript color reseparation and explosion, in order to put stickers under thermal transfer printing, the silk screen printing is imprint, so that to aviod white leakage. With this method, we can not only ensure the whole effect of printing is intact, but also ensure the deffierence of transparent color when printing.

3.In terms of water pasting position: The position of the water pasting is easy to misplace when thermal transfer printing.

Solution: Make a positioning tool for phone case water pasting to ensure the consistency of the position of articificial water pasting.

Second: Difficulities in making ring buckles:

1.In terms of sparying oil to ring buckle: the position where the ring buckles rotates is easy to accumulate oil when spraying oil, so there will be a oil layer falling after the ring buckle rotation.

Solution: Changing automatic fuel injection to muanul fuel injection, and stop sparying oil in the ratating position.

2.In terms of the thermal transfer printing: when thermal transfer pringting for 3-5 spot colors, the actual finish color is easy to lead to white leakage.

3.In terms of water pasting position: The position of the water pasting is easy to misplace when thermal transfer printing.

Third: Difficulties in making color box:

    OnePlus N10 Packing box design 

1.In terms of adjusting the design draft: the design draft which the customer provided is the ideal perfect design, the color in the design draft is 18 spot colors with 4 colors printing, but the actual 18 colors printing is set color, too much spot color is very easy to lead to white leakage if processed wrongly, and the contact of different color blocks is easy to blur.

Solution: Re-seperate each spot color block and explode the same color block, in order to presenting the spot color and avioding white leakage, the print method is imprint. With this method, we can not only ensure the whole effect of printing is intact, but also ensure the deffierence of transparent color when printing.

2.In terms of printing: Using 5- color machine, 5-channel printing, printing spot color first, each channel has 5 colors, and each color is calibrated according to the Pantong color number, according to the factory experience, if different process have to stay overnight or the time interval of each process is too long, it will lead to color block deformation and deviation.

Solution: After communication with the factory, in order to avoid color block deformation and alignment deviation caused by overnight process, we transfered people from other upstream and downstream factories to increase the number of workers to ensure the continuous printing of all processes.

3.In terms of the surface treatment: surface uses tactile film, but the tactile film absorbs the flue weakly, so the box needs to be manually pasted and calibrated at every angle, if the workers are not very experienced, it is easy to leave handprint on the surface, affecting the appearance.

Solution: During the surface treatment, experienced workers are selected to do this process to ensure that no handprints will be left on time.

4.In terms of transportation of packaging: High-end handmade boxes, when the single case is too heavy, the product packaging will be crushed, and the product packaging will be demaged by squeezing each other during transportation.

Solution: As the handmade box is square and hard,  we decided to package it with single bubble bag, per 10pcs in one box, to ensure that it will not be demaged during transpotation.

Within ten days, we proofed twice, continuously processed and adjusted colors, and finally debugged the mobile phone case, ring buckle, VIP card and color box packaging that meet customer requirements and match nearly 95-98% with the design manuscript. After confriming the sample with customer by video, deliverd the sample to OnePlus in Thailand to confirm the sample.

After receiving the samples, the customer expressed great satisfaction and issued an order to Hallosourcing, requiring delivery to the designated logtistics within 20 days.

Go to the three suppliers’ factories to inspect the goods one by one, pass the spot check and inform the factory to ship the goods, and make the corresponding export materials and declare the goods.
